Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.

2. Conditions of Sale:
The goods remain the property of the seller, until the seller receives payment in full, but the risks and all liability shall pass to the purchaser on delivery.
Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.
Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
3. Special Order items:
Non stocked items that have been specially ordered are non-returnable.
4. Prices & VAT:
All prices are displayed in £’s sterling and include VAT at 20%. The prices and terms & conditions set out in this website are correct at the time of publishing. All products are subject to availability. PLEASE NOTE: Although we aim to keep prices consistent with those printed in our catalogue, circumstances beyond our control (including changes in rates of taxation (e.g. VAT), currency fluctuations or inflationary cost increases) may cause price changes up or down.
5. Pricing Errors:
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or is charged at an incorrect price due to an error on the website, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders based on the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed.
6. Pictures, Images & Drawings:
Great care has been taken to ensure that all Images, Pictures and Drawings are accurate. Due to product updates, product development. there may be variations on the goods supplied. Vehicle specific products, Axles, Tyres etc. show indicative images of what will be supplied.
This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.

Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.
8. Delivery Timescales:
Our delivery timescales are based upon working days (Monday - Friday). Orders placed on a weekend will be processed the following Monday and subject to the same delivery timescales as an order placed on the Monday morning. For instance an order placed on Saturday/Sunday for Next Working Day will be processed on Monday for delivery on the Tuesday. All goods are subject to availability, most orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of receipt and delivered within a further 48 to 72 hours; Monday - Friday, no dispatch or delivery; Saturday – Sunday. Proof of Delivery is required; please ensure there is someone at the delivery address to receive your order.
8.1 Delivery times are estimates only and may be subject to change depending on season or weather conditions.
8.2 Dispatch times may take longer during busy periods!
9. Damage or Shortages:
All your goods should arrive in perfect condition, however, if you do receive any goods that appear to be faulty or damaged, the company must be advised within 72 hours of receipt. This applies to any items that may appear to be missing, unless stated on the invoice that the item is currently out of stock. If any items are not to be used straight away, we advise customers to check that these have been received in perfect condition and working order. The company will not accept responsibility for any additional expenses incurred due to late or incomplete deliveries.
We aim to hold all items in stock, however should an item be more popular than we expected, there may be occasional delays when ordering. If this does occur then an advice note will be attached with your invoice. Sometimes we may experience difficulties with the supply of certain products and may therefore provide a substitute of the same or better quality at no extra cost.
Our guarantee extends only to the replacement or substitution of faulty goods and missing parts. It does not include charges for labour supplied, or any other incurred costs by a third party.
12. Returns and Exchanges:
We are confident that you will be happy with your purchases, however if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your goods in the original packaging, in ‘as new’ condition..unless there is a manufacturer defect. For an exchange or refund, you must advise us within 30 days and return within a further 7 working days. The customer is liable for the return shipping cost, we do not arrange to uplift or collect returned goods. Also the customer is responsible for parcels lost or damaged on their return to us. Please obtain a 'proof of posting' certificate, from your post office or carrier when returning goods.
12.1 Returned Goods Surcharge:
Goods returned for a refund through no fault of the seller, incur a 15% handling charge to cover administration, pick & packaging etc. Plus the original delivery carriage charge. Carriage charges are non-refundable unless goods are faulty or have a manufacturing defect. Should you require a replacement immediately you will need to place a new order for this. Free of charge replacements will not be issued prior to the faulty item being received by us.
12.2 What you need to do:
1. Please notify us of your intention to return any items by telephone or email prior to shipping any items back to us.
2. Please include a copy of your invoice with the goods being returned, please mark or circle the item code and quantity being returned.
3. Please give the reason(s) why the goods are being returned.
4. You can send the goods back to the address stated on your delivery note or Invoice. Or find our address on the contact page of this website.
12.3 Once the item is received it will be inspected by us, if the item is found to be faulty your account will be credited or refunded to whichever payment method you used to purchase the item.
12.4 If the item is not faulty or no defects can be found you will be liable for the cost of returning the item to yourself.
We reserve the right to retain the goods until we receive payment for any additional charges relating to re-delivery of the returned goods.
If for any reason you are issued with a refund, please note the following:
We will apply the refund to your original method of payment usually within 7 days of receiving the goods. Please note certain credit card companies may take a further 2-10 business days to post to your account. A refund will usually reach your credit card account within 4 working days after being processed, although please allow up to 10 working days for it to be credited. We do however reserve the right to refund you within 30 days of the return.

From time to time this website may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. They do not signify that we endorse the website(s). We have no responsibility for the content of the linked website(s).
15. Complaints Procedure:
You can make a complaint in writing, by fax or by e-mail. Please provide your telephone number and your full postal address along with any order or reference number so we may retrieve all details from our records.
